ComView Wx integrates a quad-band GSM/GPRS wireless
modem, a 4-port intelligent console server, a network firewall router, a 4-port 10/100
Ethernet VLAN switch, an 8-logical IP port server, an IPSec VPN/OpenVPN gateway, 20 wet/dry
contact sensing inputs, 8 12-bit bipolar analog inputs, 7 relay-driven outputs, redundant AC &
DC power inputs, and a suite of access security and management application software in a standalone
hardware device.
ComView Wx is capable of monitoring alarm conditions at its contact inputs, analog inputs, serial
ports, and network ports according to user-definable alarm signatures. It can filter, escalate, and
automatically deliver alarm messages to multiple locations in different notification formats over wireless
and/or landline network connection.
To help facilitate on-the-road alarm resolution and site control & status queries, ComView Wx integrates
a secure SMS message exchange protocol to let you conveniently interact with the site using just your mobile
phone. Furthermore, ComView Wx easily lets you manage your equipment from both the IT world - using SNMP
and the process-control world - using Modbus RTU/TCP for operational redundancy and effectiveness.
If you are looking for an integrated wireless remote site alarm monitoring solution that offers secure wireless
remote access to your ICT infrastructure devices, high density of I/O connectivity for environmental monitoring,
flexible real-time alarm monitoring of serial & network data streams, data collection & analysis, SNMP
mediation, Modbus mediation, secure console server, network switch, and other management tools; ComView Wx is
an ideal solution for you.
